how to install custom stats

Hi guys
i've just noticed there is a page from which i can download several custom stats... can u please tell me what i have to do to install them?
Where do i have to copy the downloaded file?

Im running Mavericks on a macbook pro.

Once you've downloaded the file, unzip them if they're zipped and then in PT4 click File -> Import Statistic and choose the .pt4stat files and PT4 will import them when you click OK.
