Is this the total rake taken from all the players at my tables or is this just my rake?

That's the total taken out of the pot no matter who paid it.

Rather, I think it would be more useful if this stat showed specifically how much rake I paid.
Or can I have both collums up? my c rake paid and my rake paid in my c?

Rake you paid when you won the hand is Rake Attributed. You can add it to any report by right clicking the report and adding the My Currency Rake Attributed stat.
