No longer importing Stars after v4.11.8 update

I am having the same problem as others here trying to run the v4.11.7 - will not open. At first I thought I was crazy but I am somewhat relieved to see others are experiencing the same thing.

When can we expect a fix?

This is not normal behaviour - we can downgrade, and several users have also downgraded to avoid the 888 issue. If you are having problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is wrong in your specific case.

IS it possible to downgrade it to working version? Because it is pretty frustrating to have to play, without working hud...

If your problem is with 888 then you can downgrade as described earlier in this thread, unless you're using OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) which seems to be causing problems with 4.11.7. (The upgrade to the current OSX version 10.9 "Mavericks" is free should you want to update that.)

Please try downgrading to 4.11.7 and let me know if that helps -- you can download 4.11.7 here.

I had same issue with .8, however after reverting to .7 I'm still having issues importing and jamming when trying to stop importing, posted a support ticket. Really frustrating.
