I just had this answer on the ticket

Apologies for the delay getting back to you.

It looks as if you are using the old OnGame software, and that has a bug which means that it does not provide the correct name for it's table windows, which means that the Hud cannot find them.

OnGame rewrote their software some time ago and the Java version does not have this bug so it works fine with PT4.
Until your skin updates to the current OnGame software the Hud will not work.
You will need to contact your site's support to find out if they intend to do that.

I am not sure to really understand what it means : is PT4 not compatible with bwin ?

There is an error in an older version of the OnGame software that most skins have upgraded past. Once your skin upgrades it appears things will work properly for you. Until then you can use their in-browser client and that will work. Unfortunately we can't control the skin's decision about when to upgrade or not even if it will make things work properly for us.

thanks for the answer, it actually seems to work with the in-browser version (with firefox but not safari or chrome but I did not digged into that) ... The problem is that this version works a little bit less nicely on my laptop (sometimes it freezes etc ...) ... but anyway thanks for the answer.

So it means that PT4 is not compatible with bwin (at least .fr and at least on MacOs)

It does work on the web version and the hands will import. Once they update to the latest version of the OnGame software the HUD will work properly on those windows as well. Until they do that, there is nothing else we can do.

Please explain to me how to make PT4 work on the web client (safari or other) ? It works ? I'm not sure to understand.
