Hi,

My hud is working on iPoker tourneys when I start playing, but as soon as I change table it doesn't work anymore.

I have to stop the import and relauch it which is very annoying.

In PokerTracker 4 click 'Configure -> Options', turn on the 'Logging Enabled' option and then the next time this problem occurs make a copy of your log file and send that to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder:

Hi Flag_Hippo, thanks for the info.

I've done it but while I was about to open the ticket, I noticed I'm on 4.15.1 release.
Maybe I should try after upgrading on 4.15.3 ?

Yes please update to PokerTracker v4.15.3 as there have been changes since v4.15.1 to account for changes made in the newer iPoker clients.

Just to let you know, I don't thinkthe software told me that it was outdated, and before it used to inform me

Pleased to hear it. The first time you ran PokerTracker v4.15.1 when it was not the current release version you should have received a popup about that which would appear everytime you started v4.1.5.1 until you either updated or enabled 'Don't Show This Message Again' in that window (I just reverted to v4.15.1 myself and was notified about the newer version).

also seem to get this issue after a while, not always related to moving table i think

This is a pretty old thread, but Flag_Hippo's directions above about how to report your problem are still valid. Please do that so that we can investigate further.

I was about to open a new post but I found this one and my problem is exactly the same; while playing on ipoker, every time I am moved to another table or I rebuy in the same tournament my HUD disappears.
Some time ago this was fixed stoping and starting again the hand import but now not even that works, I have to close and re-open PT4.
I am running the latest version (4.18.5) although this also happened with previous versions.
