I give up with PT4. Actually I already gave up with it ages ago but decided it might have some use if used with PT3. PT3 for tracking my hands accurately, and for the ease/speed of use. I was going to use PT4 just for analysis of hands/icm using what tools are in there because I can't use it for anything else, it can't even display the correct amounts for the same things on the same page or track properly without something screwing up.

But I just tried importing bout 7K CG hands into PT4 from my PT3 processed folder and it only imported 5K. I don't know why. Then 10 mins after the import has ended a few hundred of the missing hands magically appear after the 10th refresh and I'm thinking wtf. Then I try import from the PT4 folder instead in case there were CG hands there, I think it imported about 1K hands. So now there's about 1K hands missing that wont import from PT3 processed folder even though they are there. Obv they wont import from PT4 processed either because they are not there. Apparently they don't exist anymore anywhere according to PT4. Despite that PT3 managed to track all my hands perfectly.

SIgh. So I think I will abandon PT4 for many months and maybe in a future update things will be better. I'm not going to elaborate on anything I've said because I can't be bothered and I have no idea why these simple things PT3 does go so wrong in PT4. And I wont put in a support ticket. The last time I did that the response was to make a new database or something. I don't see why I should have to every time something goes wrong, otherwise I'll be doing that once a week or more. I'll update PT4 in maybe 4/5 months and see if it's better, bye for now and GL.

If you have hand history files containing hands which don't import to PT4 then we definitely want to find out why that is and get it sorted.
Please attach one (or a few) of the files to a Support Ticket and give us an example of a hand number which doesn't import and we'll look into it for you.
