Not importing Zoom hands

Postby polakpoker4 » Fri Sep 21, 2012 1:13 am

I updated to the newest beta version and the problem still persisted. I can import the reg speed tables (although there was some lag in hand importing at times) and PT4 doesn't import Zoom hands. Also, I can't import them manually either.

Please follow these directions to use PT4 with Zoom tables, although the hands should import manually regardless.

Do you have PokerStars installed in English, and writing hand histories in English? (you need to)

If you have English hand histories which won't import please attach one of the files to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

Alright well with restarting PT4, it seems to be importing the hands now. But I am still having problems with my HUD. At first, the hands were lined up correctly with the players but then it went back and forth between being the correct players and the wrong players. I closed and reopened both PT4 (this time with logging enabled) and Pokerstars and now the reg speed table HUD works but the Zoom one doesn't appear at all although the hands are importing.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
