Youve forgotten to have a forum for BUG reports

Postby JBMSweden » Thu Sep 20, 2012 8:43 pm

Right, so I got PT4 and it feels like PT3 all over again.

Excited at all the new possibilities.
Nice interface.

And then I started using it.

It has frozen 14 times in one hour whilst configuring HUD during play. This is less than 500 hands.

Is this going to be yet another example of releasing a software that is NOT ready for use? Where the bugs are so many but you are so desperate to catch up with HM that you'll do anything??!!

I purchased TableTracker a couple of months ago and was astounded by the deficiences - so much so that I got my money back (thank you). TT couldn't differentiate between different currencies (hello - its 2012 not 1912).

And no - I wont log hands and do support tickets because I've done that a zillion times and you are tiring me out. And I am getting old (and so is the knowledge of your software people and strategists by the look of things).

And no - there is nothing wrong with my knowledge of pc's or my pc. Quadcore and blablabla...

Don't you get tired of trying to piss of customers????

Are you using v4.05.2 beta?
We do not have people with general problems as you describe, so if you're having these issues in v4.05.2 we'll need to see your log files to find out what is going wrong for you.
