Problem with accented characters é è à ù in French notes

Hello,

In the notes editor, accents are well displayed, but at the tables, in the bubbles, on mouseover, characters like é è à ù etc. are replaced by pollution and wrong characters.

I'm sure that my database is well tuned because the characters are well displayed when the note is saved, and re open in the editor. The only problem is on mouseover, at tables. Where it is important to have a quick and efficient look ! :(

Bold, Italic and Underlined are also lost in the bubble. Do you imagine that it could be active in the future?

I'm not sure how much formatting control we have over the tooltip control, but I'm sure this is something the development team are aware of.

As bubble hints are managed by Windows, maybe it is not so easy.
