Another problems with HUD and popups

After a few minutes HUD stoped to update data,and popups didn`t work at all.
After restart of PT4 problem was solved but how long...

What version of PT4 are you using? If you're not using our latest beta (4.05.2) please update to that version and let me know if you still experience this problem.

Latest version. Not every time,but some times problems with HUD in MTT and MTSNG.
Also yearstaday HUD not wotking at all in ZOOM,but today HUD working normaly in ZOOM

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Once we have your logs we can better investigate what is going on here.
