Speed Holdem

Postby N0L1M1T » Sun Sep 16, 2012 7:51 am

Hi,
When I play speed holdem on ipoker I am unable to see the hud. Can someone explain why that is? I thought speed holdem was supported.

Regards,
David

You can set up Speed Poker as explained here, but you do need to be using our latest beta (4.05) for speed support so if you aren't using that version you will need to upgrade.

Hi,
I've upgraded to 4.05 and now although hands show as importing no stats are updating although the HUD does show session stats. How do I fix that?

Dave

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Once we have your logs we'll be able to better assess exactly what is going on here.

Are there plans already for supporting more than 1 table per stake?

This is not an intentional restriction. iPoker label all tables of the same stake in exactly the same way so there is no way to find the correct table accurately when multiple tables are open. That said, the development team are still looking at this and we do hope to be able to find a way to work around it but I can't promise anything yet.

We are aware it can sometimes work at multiple tables but we only guarantee support for one table at this point in time.
