Hud not working properly and Hands not imported

Hi,
I have been using PT4 for about 2 weeks now. The first week everything worked fine, but for the last couple of days the Hud has some bugs and results are not getting imported anymore.
The stats for the HUD are at the wrong seats, and my own stats are not shown at all. Sometimes there are no stats shown at all at some tables.
I have updated to 4.05 beta yesterday, but the problems are not fixed. I am playing on Stars btw.
Help please.

Do you use a custom HUD layout with custom stats? Do you tend to use the hand history viewer while you are playing?

no I use the standard HUD and I am only using the Pokerstars replayer regularly.

I used the trial version last week and I think it stopped working at about the time when i bought the full version

Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure you have everything set up correctly and if you still see the same then report your problem so that we can find out what is wrong.
