Does PT4 currently have PKR support with a working HUD? I would love to go for PT4 over HM2, but this will inform my decision one way or the other.

PT4 does not yet support PKR but this is on our list. If you open a Support Ticket and compress & attach a few example hand histories from the range of games you play you will get a notification when support is released.
