No, you'll get a 70% discount on the same version that you own. In your case that'd be PT4 Holdem - if you place that upgrade in your cart you'll see the discount. If you want Omaha as well you can purchase the Add-On for it and it should end up still being cheaper than upgrading with a full new purchase.
