Error while getting hands?

I get the following message.

Code: Select all

Error: Found 117 new files to import.  Please check your configuration.

I ran the site configuration again but still get the same message.

How can I solve this?

Are you running PokerTracker as Administrator? What do you have in the Move Processed Files To directory in the Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Preferences window?

I have it configured to move files. It seems like running PT4 as admin solves this. I was running it under my user account (which has admin privileges so idk why it does not work).

It's a security feature - Windows doesn't let regular user accounts (even ones with Admin access) write certain files to certain locations without further interaction. Running PT4 as Administrator circumvents this problem.
