Player stats

First of all congratulations on the new PokerTracker release!
There is a lot of difference from PT3 and today is my first time using so am stumbling around.

First question. Is there any way to make the player stats smaller like they were in PT3. I don't like having part of my opponents hand covered covered by the stats. (VP, PFR, etc.)
Second. when I open the "Quick start guide" it says there are (3) items yet all I get is a blank screen.
Third. Getting player notes on some players which are definitely not by me. ie. Donked flop with no pair, just a draw (2).
This was in Omaha.
Had a problem downloading my hands from PT3 as it kept "freezing". Finally got there but it took two hours or so to complete and came up with a lot of duplicates and errors.

Any help appreciated.

1. Firstly, you can move the stats in the Hud either by holding the control key down and dragging them, or unlock the Hud via the PT-icon menu. Be sure to Save Layout via the PT-icon menu when you're done.
The Hud scales with the table window in PT4, but you can also change the size of the font if you like. Go to Hud > Edit Hud Profiles. Click on the grey monitor icon in the bottom corner to watch the tutorial video.

2. The Quick Start Guide looks OK to me - what browser are you using? Can you try another browser?

3. These notes are generated by NoteTracker based on actions a player takes in a hand. You can see how these notes are defined by going to Tools > NoteTracker. If you want to you can disable any rules you don't like, or if you want to disable them all the easiest way is to go to the Status tab and set the "Create automatic notes for hands since" date to a date way in the future (say 2100) and then select Purge All Automatic Notes and click Purge.

4. If you have a large database the transfer from PT3 can take some time, and may look like it has frozen while it is working from time to time.
However, you shouldn't get duplicates or errors.
Please try exporting your hands from PT3 and use "Get hands from disk" in PT4. If you get errors there attach the file(s) which give the errors to a Support Ticket so that we can check them out and see what is wrong.

I finally figured out the stats were produced by PT4. A great innovation.

OK I went through the HUD profiles and decided I like the "old" PT3 profile by Whiterider.

When I download it how do I get it into the PT4 program?

You can get downloadable HUD layouts here and PT4 should import the PT3 layout files.

I have already downloaded in. How do I get it from my downloads into PT4?
