Partypoker fastforward corrupts database

Hello,

PT4 misreads some hands when auto importing the hands (marked split pot with lost money even though won ones). Any ideas what to do with it?

A) Should I remove all fastworward hands? If so – how to do it easily?
B) Can I somehow edit some big lost hands to show positive?
C) When you update PT4 in future, would these wrongly marked hands be converted back to right ones?
D) How do I prevent PT4 to import fastforward hands?
E) Is there a way to disregard these hands until support to fastforward is included?

You can purge entire sessions via Database -> Purge, and purging any affected sessions will almost certainly fix things for you. Individual hands can't be edited but this will remove all of the data from those sessions from the database entirely and will get rid of any that are not working right. There isn't a way to automatically detect which sessions these are though so you'll need to figure that out manually.

Please also attach the original hand histories to a support ticket for us so that we can make sure that we get the issues with these hands fixed for a future release. There is no way to specifically ignore FastForward hands right now but once we have the data from people like yourself we can make sure that either things are rejected as improper hands or that they are imported correctly.
