Postby pelotex » Fri Sep 07, 2012 4:34 am

After update to v.4.05 the HUD is not showing all the hands i have of each player, it appears like this captures.

What i may change?

Is that screenshot of yourself or of an opponent?

Are you looking at the same kinds of game that is shown in PT4 (if you're playing Omaha on the table you won't see Holdem stats for obvious reasons)? Have you set up the Number of Players filter in the Hud Options area? Are these cash games or tournaments? What site are you playing at?

I dont play omaha, only holdem cash, in the filter of Number of Players there is no active filter, and the site is Ipoker

In that case, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Once we have the log files we'll have a much better idea of what is going on here and what's the appropriate next step to take.
