PokerTracker

I use PT4 nearly a month and recently faced such problem in the Viev Stats tab for tournaments all tournaments played by me were gone but any filters aren't specified. Tournaments were gone also all. deleting and PT4 installation again changed nothing. though in the same tab for cash all hands are displayed normally.

Please make sure none of the text in the Filters area is in Blue and there is nothing selected in the More Filters area. Do you see tournaments listed at all just without hands or do you not see the tournaments themselves either if you go to a By Tournament report?

I am the experienced user and if business was in filters that I here wouldn't write. 1 year of HM before used but with the similar I face for the first time

In that case please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. It will show us the queries that are being run and let us know if there are any errors being reported.
