10th-18th in 180s not being counted as ITM

After a fun session of 180s today where I mincashed with stunning consistency I have noticed that 10th-18th in 180s are not being counted as ITM. Whether I finished 10th, 12th, 16th or 18th it's showing as -$2.50 I don't know why it is doing this, but looking through my data it's been since the time I changed to PT4 (fresh install on new SSD) As a poker blogger who enjoys sharing my results with readers - this is obviously going to be a problem.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can it be fixed and if so how?

Thanks in advance.

These can be fixed manually by using the Edit Tournament Results button on the right hand side of the Results reports, or by right clicking the tournament and choosing Edit Tournament.

Please also send us one of these tournaments via our support system and we'll make certain to get this tournament type correctly detected if we can.

After a short conversation with @PokerTracker I figured out it was due to user error. I have recently installed PT4 on my new SSD along with PokerStars and had forgotten to check the save tournament summaries box. This is what was causing the error, and has since been fixed by importing a paying history audit.

Thanks for your time.
