Party: PT4 choose to not let HUD function on observed tables

I am new to PT4. I have used HM1 for many years, and HM2 a little bit also. I am very impressed so far with PT4 when setting up everything. But now I got very worried. Will I not be able to use HUD for observed table on Party? (I use FreePHG to observe hands)
It works on HM1, HM2, PT3 (not tried myself), but NOT with PT4.
I have tried to search the forum for answers, and I saw that according to the forums moderator its because of Partys Terms of Service. So PT4 then choose to not let the HUD work for observed tables, right? Observed hand imports just fine, but you choose not to let the HUD work.
For me and my two friends that all play professional at partypoker this is a major drawback, as a testpilot on PT4 for my friends there is now way I cant recomend them to switch from HM to PT4 if you dont change this, so sad, because so far everything seems so great with PT4.
What are you going to do about this?
