"unable to execute query"

Postby Ranbato » Sat Aug 25, 2012 7:21 am

While trying to figure out which hands I should not be playing, I added the following filter:

(Omaha Hi Hand Range: -RANGE[PCT:11]) AND (Voluntarily Put Money in Pot)

"All Omaha" and "Omaha hi" for the game selector gives the "unable to execute query" error.

I'm not able to reproduce that problem on my end. Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Once we have that we can see the full error text and better diagnose what is going on here for you.
