PokerTracker

Will start with that I play heds up sng.
When I chose to show tournaments/winnings or hands/chips won it loads very quickly but as soon as I include show information box it takes ages, like 20 minutes for 1,5k games sample.

Also when I configure show information box to display only tournaments played(or/and days played) its loads quickly, but when I include things like ROI, or anything related with winnings than it takes ages.

Where could be the problem?

It shouldn't be taking that long over that kind of sample. Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Once we have your log file we can better tell what is causing the slowdown for you.
