import error/ no HUD

i just puchased version 4.04.1
I dont get the HUD working , so after configuring i get this...

Found 8 files to import...
Imported 0 hands...

I'm glad to hear you got it working - for anybody else with this error, you need to have hand histories saved in English in order for them to work with PokerTracker.

I have a very similar error:

and hand histories are saved in English; so this is not the problem in my case.
