No Game Currency symbol when grouped by session

Hey,

I'm seeing something weird since a few PT4 versions back. In Statistics -> Overview report if I add a Game Currency Won column, I see currency symbols perfectly fine in three of the grouping views (By Stake, By Position and By Date).

But not when viewed By Session!!! There's no currency symbol at all for the game currency (it does show for My Currency stats).

Anyone else seeing this?

Can't say for sure when it started happening, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't always like this.

I'm seeing this as well, I'll make certain this gets fixed.

Game Currency stats won't work in Session-by-Time reports as it is possible to play different tables in more than one currency during a single session. Only My Currency stats are applicable here.
Game Currency stats can only be used in reports showing individual Table Sessions or Stakes (or hands).

I do agree that the current behaviour isn't correct and I'll see what can be done about it, but you should remove it from the By Session report as it doesn't make sense there.

I see your point. I didn't quite think of that.

I see how it doesn't make sense in the generic theoretical sense, esp from an engineering perspective. But it makes sense to me from a usability perspective, since I never play multiple currencies in a single session. And if I ever did it would be the rare exception.

What doesn't make sense to me is to play in one currency and see results in another. That just gets me confused. That's why I decided to replace my currency columns with game currency columns. And if I get mixed currencies or other weird results in 0.5% of the sessions -- I can live with that.

Would it be hard to let the currency symbol show for those sessions where all tables are in the same currency? Or just let tables with different currencies show up in different sessions, just like they are also separated by time right now.

Unfortunately I think that probably would be hard - this issue has come up before and when it is possible to have multiple currencies it just doesn't work to display "Game Currency".
When you view individual Table Sessions you can use Game Currency stats.
