NOT Getting any hand

Hi guys,

I started PT4 and pokerstars..selected get hands while playing and nothing happend..

What i need to do ?
Note: i have bitdefender instaled, tried in normal and game mode and nothing.

Please double check to make certain that you have PokerStars configured to work properly with PT4 - see this tutorial for the various settings you might need to configure.

first thing i configured pt4 according to that tutorial...
i saw that pt 4 started recording hands in a tournament....
pt4 wasn't starting the hud and hand recording in sng's... so pt4 doesn't works with sng's?!?!

PT4 works with tournaments; what site are you playing at? At some sites due to the way certain poker client software works we are unable to display the tournament HUD on some networks.
