4.04 and 4.04.1 import and hud not working

My poker tracker crashed and I had to end task to close it.

When I opened again and 'clicked get hands while playing', I got this error


'PokerTracker has detected that you are attempting to import a large amount of hands while playing. Please check your hand history directory configuration and ensure you have the Move Processed Files option enabled.'

I checked the configuration and I have move prcessed files checked. I tried closing pokerstars and trying again with no clients open and same problem.

I saw there was a new version of pokertracker, so I installed that and tried again but got the same problem, I have checked enable logging and still get the error.

I have downgraded to an older version 4.02.1 and its still not working.

It says it has found 114 new files to monitor. I don't want to move them manually because I still have hands not imported.

This is while running the trial.

It looks like pokertracker stopped moving files to the processed folder at some point on 18th August

This is the date I installed 4.04

I have just backed up my hands in the pokerstars hand history folder and am importing them half at at time and will then remove them from the pokerstars hand history folder. This way I can use the hud again while I wait for this to be solved.

Make sure PokerTracker is still being run as Administrator - if you don't see the shield, right click PokerTracker's icon and start it via Run as Administrator. Depending on the folder you have your hand histories saved in, PokerTracker may not be able to move the files unless you give it this level of access.

Hi, yes, still been run as administrator.

I think I know what happened.

I didn't close pokertracker for several days. It looks like hands are not been moved to the processed folder until I stop getting hands. When pokertracker crashed, no hands were moved over. When I started it again, there were too many hand files there.

At the moment it seems to be working.
