PokerTracker

After the update to 4.04.1 my HUD is not able to keep up.
The import works perfect for what I can tell but I can see the HUD struggle.

If the HUD shows it comes after a few hands with the correct amount of hands, but after that it simply does not update anymore. Sometimes it does, it jumps to a certain amount of hands but thats it. If I restart HUD often the same thing happens, it jumps to the correct amount of hands but after that no updating.

Curious what this is, i do have over 40 tables open but that was not a problem before the update.
I play on any skin thats out there, maybe one of them causes trouble or so

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

If you have any of the Live Win X or Live Winner X stats in your Hud they can cause that kind of behaviour when playing multiple tables.
If you add Live Avg Stack to the same group then it should work better.
(This is in our system to be fixed.)

If that doesn't help please report as kraada suggested but also include an export of your Hud profile, and confirm whether or not things work correctly with one of the default profiles?
