Hi,

Every time I start up PT4 it takes a long time to load all the hands and stats. This was not a problem before. Is this something to do with my computer or the PT4 program? The only thing that has changed is the number of total hands, but I had way more hands logged in PT3 and this never happened.

How many more hands did you import?
If you had a significant decrease in performance without importing a huge number of hands that could suggest a cache problem so you could try rebuilding the cache via Database > Database Management, although that is done automatically during imports.

I did not import any hands, except for the ones that I import while I am playing a session. The program overall is just running much much slower than it was before. It was running very smooth before, now it takes a long time to load and freezes up lots too.

In that case please try a cache update as I suggested - there shouldn't be a noticeable difference in performance after playing a few hands.

If that doesn't help please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4 and reproduce the problem. Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket with details of exactly what the problem is and we'll investigate.
