HUD problems

Hi im having and unusual hud problem, the hud loads ok but when a new player enter it takes so much time to get the new, it only happens when someone leave the table and a new one comes, another problems is that a got a her hud but its take so much time to show on table dunno why it happens.

Are you using the built in HUD layout or a custom one? Are the hands importing properly while you're playing? What site and types of tables are you playing at?

Hi, im using a customized hud made by another person, im playing nl100 fr in pokerstar, normal tables. i think there is no problem importing cose i have no problen with the rest of players, only with the new ones.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
