Importing Error

Postby pat3392 » Sat Aug 04, 2012 8:28 pm

First off, I wanna congratulate the PT4 team on the release of this product!

I have a issue atm though. I have no idea why, but for some reason PT4 seems to have failed importing my hands from my PT3 database. I'm really not sure why, it worked before. I seem to have no hands in my PT4 database.

I get this error with a importing process:

"Error: Unable to begin import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed."

I did create a new PT4 database and reimported, as advised, so what did I do wrong?

If you have created a new database that shouldn't happen.
Please make sure that you are using v4.02.1, and that logging is enabled (Configure > Options).
Restart PT4 and create a new database then use Tools > Setup Assistant to re-run the database conversion. If you get the problem again attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
