upgrade problem

Hello, having problems to upgrade my code/serial.
AT FAQ's it says 70% but when i go and try it only shows a 30% discount about "brand discount".
I trying to do it fast since its about to go to trial version and i at middle of grind lol.

"If you purchased PokerTracker 3 before June 10, 2011, then you will receive a 70% discount on an equivalent version upgrade to PokerTracker 4 if you purchase your upgrade to PokerTracker 4 before November 25, 2012


* Please note that PT3 branded codes are not eligible for an upgrade discount unless the "Site Unlock" upgrade was purchased."

You only quoted part of the Pricing FAQ - the full quote is:

* Please note that PT3 branded codes are not eligible for an upgrade discount unless the "Site Unlock" upgrade was purchased. Players who purchased the "Site Unlock" upgrade are eligible for a 30%-40% discount dependent on the purchase date.

EDIT: I only just looked at the FAQ now so it is possible that clarification was added since you posted.

Really thanks for the help, had that double interpretation at FAQ but as you saw a claricication was just added.
Thanks for solving my problem and i already did the upgrade at the fair price. Support via tickets helped a lot.
