Issues downloading the newest update

As title says. Im using chrome and after clicking on download it directs me to a google page like when u search for something and the link/site/domain doesnt exist,

We know - we are literally minutes away from our commercial release, and as such the beta link is down. I'm told the link for the commercial release will go live within minutes.
