prob with importing after update

Anyone else having problems importing ipoker hands after the update? I get that pop-up saying I'm trying to import a lot of hands and to make sure "move processed files is checked" (which it is). Nothing seems to be importing and the hh aren't being moved to the processed folder.

Actually, it might be importing hands while I play. Usually when I click "get hands while playing" it also auto-imports hands I have accumulated when I'm not running PT. Do I have to manually import these now???

In case you're confused of what I'm asking....I sometimes play poker without PT running. After I'm done, I click "get hands while playing" and it used to process all the hh. Now it only seems to process files ONLY when I'm playing.

Get Hands While Playing should still read any existing hand histories, although it isn't really designed to import large numbers of files so if you haven't imported for a while you'd be better to use 'Get hands from disk' and move the files manually.

Next time you see this please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can see what is going on.

I've just been reminded that 'get hands while playing' was updated to reject large numbers of files.
If you don't want to import and move the files manually you can use Tools > Setup Assistant to import and move them for you.

There's no setting on Setup assistant for what you mentioned. Looks like I'm going to have to manually import them. Kinda sucks as the processed folder in PT4 has everything organized by date and now I either have to (a) create folders for dates or (b) just move them to the processed directory unorganized.

In the Setup Assistant click Configure Sites and follow through the steps for your site(s) and it should import your hands.
