I tried to upgrade a friend's installation to the lastest PT4 beta and it seems like it didn't convert the database to the new format as it happened with my own installation.
I look at the stats using the deprecated field tournament_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack and they are still valid.
What happened here?
Upgrade to v.4.0.13 didn't convert database to new format?

If you set that database to Active it should be upgraded properly. Also did you mean 4.01.23? 4.01.13 is pretty old at this point.
