Importing hands from Hm2

Hello. im having trouble importing my hands from the files that Hm2 create

First i coudlnt export the hands on Hm2 exporting feature because doesnt work, it consume all my 4g ram doing nothing. So i just selected my hands from reports 110k hands and export them via select all > save to hard drive.

The file is a .txt just one file and is big 95mb

when i try to import the hands on pt4 it said quiclky that its done but importing nothing.

So i tried to convert all my Database on Hm2 to Pt4. but aswell nothing,My Database is Really big and i dont know if it can be the issue here but is 15kk of hands but after like 10m it said its done then said cleaning up and again nothing..

I dont want to get all my DB i just want to get the first hands i tried to import. Btw i enable loggin but it doesnt save anything on the carpet.

If you still have the original hand history files then the easiest solution will be to import from those.

Please compress the file you exported from HM2 and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can see why it isn't working.
