Hud - Live Amt BB

I see that the hud 'Live Amt BB' wasn't showing any value for users of Pt v4.01.18, and you said that it would be fixed in the next beta.

I am using Pt v4.01.21, on Pokerstars full ring tournaments (not zoom), with the tournament default profile hud, everything seems ok, except for the Live Amt BB, which displays nothing.

Is this problem supposed to still be continuing in this beta?
Should I use the solution recommended for v4.01.18?

The Live Amt BB stat should be working fine in v4.01.21. Please try replacing the profile with the defaults (assuming you haven't made any changes to it) - if the profile was created a while ago it is possible that it isn't using the latest version of the live stat.
To do that go to Hud > Edit Hud Profiles and select the profile that you're using. Click the Options button and choose Replace Current With Default.
Click OK and then try the Hud again.

If you still have problems please restart PT4 and play a single tournament. Play a few hands and then take a screenshot showing the problem and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the tournament and the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) so that we can investigate.

Followed your instructions, replaced the current with the default, and tried again, no difference.

Took Screenshot, have handhistory, but can't find log file.

The 'enable logging' option is checked, however there isn't a log file in
"C:\Users\'my name'\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs", or anywhere else
on the hard drive.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Advice please.
