how do you see all of the tagged hands at once?

You can filter for tagged hands in the 'More Filters' window, under Hand Details, but to see all of your tagged hands in a single list you'll need to create a custom report.
Go to the 'My Reports' tab and click New Report. Choose 'Hand Report'.
If you have more than 100 hands tagged be sure to change the 'Most Recent X Hands' option.
