If you add notes for particular streets they can be included in the formatted hand history which you can export.

To do this, right click a hand to add a note.
Click one of the street buttons at the top right and then type your note. (You can type the [T] or whatever yourself once you see how it is done.)
Save the note.

Now right click the hand and choose View Hand Details.
In the Hand History Viewer tab you see the formatted text - click the Options button to enable per street notes.

From here you can use the Copy to Clipboard options to paste the formatted history, including notes.

As far as I can see it doesn't currently. For now you'll need to mark anything you want included as a street note.
I will discuss this with the development team.

I'm told that this was intentional, so that you can add private notes as well as ones to be shared.
