PT4 .20

I downloaded the .20 just right now and and won't play until tomorow... Just to tell that the HUD does not appear anymore in my replayer... I can't tell yet when playing...

PT4 and all poker clients where already shut down during the install. Clicked 'ignore' and continued with install. Unlike FilS2BotS I do have HUD in replayer. Will see if issues come up during live play.

The Hud is working fine in the Replayer for me - please check that the 'Show Hud' option is ticked when you click the Options button.
If you don't see the Hud try rebooting and re-running the installer, and if it still doesn't work attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate further.

Please reboot and re-run the installer - that message means that the Hud executable was not updated.

hia, thank you for the quick fix for merge.
got lots of of errors on import tho, dunno pt4's the problem or merge (BCP)
especially my winning hands arent imported right, problems with potsize mostly, calculated differs from actualHH.

Having the same problem as helaco. Hud never comes up in tournaments but it works perfectly in cash games.

all HH's from yesterday and today are gone. not in BCP history folder, not in pt4's processed folder.

PT4 never moves hands anywhere else - are you certain they've been saving? We do plan to have a Beta 20.1 release, likely later today to fix the Merge issues.
