Exporting hands

Hello,

when I export hands form PT4 they can't be imported by PT3. It says "unrecongized file format". Als it is not possible to import them in HEM and with handconverting software it doesn't work either. (the hands are exported from ENET in PT4)

PT3 is not designed to accept those specific exports. You would need to reimport from the original hand histories. You can find those by clicking Configure --> Sites & Import Options and on the Preferences page the folder listed for moving processed files is where the original hand histories will be. If other programs do not import these exports, I'm afraid you will need to talk to those writing the other software.
