Wrong "My C Net Won" and Zoom Hud Probs

Postby battleextrem » Sat May 19, 2012 12:18 pm

Hey its me again
I'm just here to help a friend, for the Operations on PT4. Unfortunately, he has two huge problems.
He can´t Speak English, or even worse than me. Ok 3 Problems
Problem 1: the MTT Results are displayed incorrectly, according to this he completed all in Minus , however the currently playing MTTS from these day are Correctly.
Only the old MTT Stats from File/Directory are Wrong and only from the Tournaments!!
What can i do to fix this Problem???Rebuild the Cache with over 3 Million Hands can take a long time
Would it Help???

Problem 2: The ZOOm HUD has Problems and there is always this popup.

We have disabled the whole Firewall and also perform it as Administrator, but nothing helps.

What site does your friend play at?
Quite a few sites do not write tournament results information to the hand histories, and for MTTs it often isn't possible to detect the prizes any other way.

Please read the 'Zoom' section of the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure everything is set up correctly for Zoom tables.

You can PokerStars to save tournament summaries which PT4 will import, but for tournaments already played you can request the summaries from the PokerStars lobby, save the content of the email as a text file and import that (or import directly from the email).
Rebuilding the cache won't affect tournament summaries.
