HUD keeps disappearing in tournaments.

I have this weird issue where mu HUD will stop working an disappear is some tournaments. It would work as normal to begin with and just stop at some point of the tournament. Restarting PT does not help and the only way to get it back is to get moved to a new table.
I looked at the import status and it reads as hands observed but not imported. This same thing happens even if i run the tournament in the replayer.

Please reproduce this problem and attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a support ticket for us and we will investigate further for you. The log file contains considerable internal PokerTracker information and will be very helpful in pinning down the cause for you. You can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in the directory that appears.
