Replayer HUD LAG. Slow + No Stats

Postby MoniesRemovalPLC » Fri May 18, 2012 6:40 am

The PT4 replayer just seems to be really sketchy. The HUD stats are really slow to update when replaying a bunch of hands (like it just can't handle the info or something but its only a 100 hand report), sometimes they don't even appear when i replay a hand after changing the "show stats at time of hand" option. I close the replayer and reopen just that single hand and still no stats, its just unresponsive and not working properly???

Using the stats at the time of the hand cannot use our cache and is thus much slower to populate. If you use lifetime stats it should be equally fast to seeing hands on any live table.

Indeed. Were you getting the PT4 icon at the top of the table and just no stats or no icon either?

I suspect what you're seeing are just slow queries because these stats are not cached. Please send us your PokerTracker4.log file and we'll take a look to see if there's anything that can be done, but I'm not certain we'll see anything.
