Is there a way to filter hands such as "Facing Flop Check Raise"? Thanks!

Yes, you want to add a filter for:

Hand Details --> Player Position --> Flop

Choose Active Player relative to First Raiser is In Position - then you'll see all and only hands where there was a first raiser on the flop and he was out of position relative to you (meaning he must have check/raised).
