I'm not sure what sort of counting scheme you are doing here, and that makes a difference with the best way to proceed. Could you elaborate a bit on exactly what you want to see here from this statistic?

like you know holecards could be named that way
lookup_from_id( id_holecard1, 'card_rank' ) - returns a numeric value of the card strength. A=14, K=13, ... 2=2
i'm not sure what i want to do yet i just would like to be able to do for example
the colums: flop 872: id_flopcard 8 and 7 and 2 <- How to express that correctly
After i don't know yet what i'm going to do, for example i can do
the stat: expression : (flop 872 cbet / flop 872) * 100

I think that unfortunately there are going to be too many combinations there for you to ever get any kind of meaningful result -- there are 22,100 combinations if I'm doing my math right.

You could check like this:

cash_hand_summary.card_1 = x AND cash_hand_summary.card_2 = y AND cash_hand_summary.card_3 = z

..using the card values described here.

Is there a way to use the 'card_rank' instead of the 'card' ?

Is there a way to say flop with A, i mean not the all process like cash_hand_summary.card1=X or cash_hand_summary.card2=X or cash_hand_summary.card3=X...
a flop with A 7 2 (A72 or 72A or 7A2)

Yes - as described in the linked thread you can use the "mod" function %.

cash_hand_summary.card_1 % 13 = 0

..will check for any ace for example.
% 13 = 12 for Kings
% 13 = 2 for Twos
etc
