Adding default filters/more date filters

Is it possible for the user to configure and add more date filters? If not, it'd be really useful to have a few more - Last month, Last year or to be able to easily select a specific month/year

You can't create those easily but you can save specific Quick Filters in the More Filters area and then they are very fast to get to since they're in the Quick dropdown.
