Problems with my own HUD profile

Hi,

I have been playing four tables of PLO Zoom with the default HUD profile without problems for some time. So I created my own profile and set it up to be used for shorthanded PLO games. The HUD showed up but did not update for the second hand (so with Zoom I only had the stats of the players who sat at my table at first all the time).
So I reverted back to the default HUD profile as the standard (only worked after closing the tables and restarting PT) and manually changed one table to my new profile. That worked but as soon as I changed the profile on a second table the HUD disappeared there and stopped updating on the first table.

Can you please help me make my own HUD profile work?

Do you have custom stats in your new profile, or is it just a different arrangement of built-in stats?
That should still work but custom stats will take a little longer to retrieve from the database so may not update as quickly as built-in stats at the table.
Does your new profile work OK at normal tables and/or in the Replayer?

It is ten built-in stats plus notes, name and number of hands. I just played two non-Zoom tables and the HUD seemed to work just fine on the tables but not on the replayer. The problem with the replayer was similar to the one with the Zoom tables in that the HUD just did not update even when I closed and reopened the replayer.
Btw. is there a quick way to copy the popups from the default HUD profile to my new profile?

Please export your profile and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can experiment with it.

You can export individual groups as well as whole profiles, so you can export the popups you want to use from the existing profiles and import them to your new profiles. Alternatively, you could export your new group, make a new profile and 'replace current with default' to get all the default profiles then import your own on-table group.

To export/import groups click the grey disk icon next to the New Group and Delete buttons.
To export/import/replace profiles use the Options button.

Hi, just wanted to ask if there is any progress? Btw I did not notice it earlier but while the default HUD is working on the tables it is not showing the correct players in the PokerStars replayer.
