How do My C Won in PT4 differ from Amount Won in PT3?

- In PT3, there is AMOUNT WON.
- In PT4, there is MY C WON.

Why and how those two stats differ?

It seems to me that:
- in PT3, Amount Won reflects the amount that I won after the rake is taken.
- in PT4, My C Won reflects the amount won before the rake is taken.

Am I right?

Both are your net profit.

In PT4 currency conversion runs throughout.
My Currency Won (My C Won) is the amount won converted to your selected currency (Database > Currency).
In PT3 "Amount Won" is the numeric amount won - to see the currency converted amount, which is equivalent to My Currency Won, use Amount Won (Global).

In PT4 if you want to see the amount won in the original currency you can use Game Currency Won. This can only be used in reports which show individual table sessions or hands as "game currency" doesn't make sense when there could be sessions using multiple currencies.

I played 10 hands, tuesday May 1 from 1:26 am to 1:33 am, cash game 10nl 6-max on EspaceJeux, Boss Media Network. Then I checked PT3, it recorded AMOUNT WON: $5.01. But PT4 recorded MY C WON:$5.60 and MY C ALL-IN ADJ: $5.09. I actually made $5.01 profit. The currency used on EspaceJeux is the canadian dollar. I have PT3 and PT4 set on USD. The currency used (USD) does not seem to be the problem as PT3 and PT4 seem to think that EspaceJeux currency is USD or work with CAD $1.00 = US $1.00.

Amount Won in PT3: $5.01
My C Won in PT4: $5.60
My C All-In Adj in PT4: $5.09
Net Amount Won: $5.01

How come PT4 does seem to be erratic and doesn't show net amount won $5.01?

How do I change My C Won to Amount Won in PT4?

My Currency Won in PT4 is the currency converted amount.

In PT3 "Amount Won" is the numeric amount.
To see the currency converted amount you need to use "Amount Won (Global)".
See the PT3 Currency Guide for more information of currencies in PT3.

In PT4 you can see the native amount won in reports showing individual table sessions (e.g. Statistics > Summary > Table Session) if you use the stat "Game Currency Won".

Apologies - you're right that CAD will be treated as USD. Please compress an example hand history file and attach it to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread and I'll discuss this further with the development team.

How can I make appear net amount won $5.01 in PT4 stats?

Hi, just wanted to know what was going on with the developpement team since I sent the hand history files. I don't know if it is just me but in PT4, "MY C WON" shows $61.19 in may and in PT3, AMOUNT WON shows $25.78. $25.78 is the real amount I won playing poker in may. I don't know where the $61.19 in PT4 coming from. How come these are not the same numbers? I use USD in PT3 as well as in PT4.

Can you explain me how MY C WON in PT4 is calculated? Is it the software who is bugging or me who miss something?

I would not suggest uploading your hand histories to a public forum and I have removed your file after I downloaded it.

You have a few different sites there - have you aliased your names together in PT3, PT4, or both?

Please attach your file to a Support Ticket and include a link to this thread.
If you can identify a specific session which shows a difference between PT3 and PT4 that will be much easier to investigate. That may well explain what the overall issue is.
