Incorrect Tournaments

Postby JayKon17 » Thu Apr 26, 2012 12:18 pm

Again, having an issue with Tracker not picking up tournaments. I dislike the support tickets system, lol, wondering if we can maybe fix it here?

Here is a screenshot of today's tournaments:

$22 - In progress
$8.80 - In progress
$2 - Won satellite to 8.80
$4.40 - Won satty to $22
$3.50 - Hyper HU SnG, won.
$5.50 - Lost.
$3.30 - Lost.
$2.20 - I have no idea, I was sleeping. lol

We are hoping to have the next beta out within the next few days. I understand sometimes it can seem frustrating but sending us the hand histories from that tournament via the support system really is the best way to help us get them fixed. We have internal structures in place to get those to the appropriate developer easily and to make certain they don't get lost.

Makes enough sense, my apologies... was just curious as to if it was something I may be messing up on my end. I'll write up a support ticket now lol

Thanks, always good work Kraada.

No worries - I know how it can be frustrating sometimes. But we really do try to fix all the tournaments we get that we can fix - and this is definitely one instance where more data is very useful.
